N) CONCLUSION

At the request of Noumea Yacht Services, I inspected the American sailing yacht 'WIND CASTLE" on November 17, 2010, in order to assess its condition and current market value. The yacht was tied up at the visitor's wharf, Marina Port Moselle, Noumea, New Caledonia..

The survey was carried out while the vessel was afloat, and included an inspection of the standing and running rigging, carried out from on deck.

The inspection inside the yacht was more extensive. I was able to test all items of navigation equipment, including the radio transceivers.

All equipment was fully operational.

Taking into account the state of the international market for yachts of this type,
the condition and comfort of the accommodation, the sound condition of the inboard engine,
visibly well maintained, the good condition of all electrical circuits, the onboard safety equipment
and the sound condition of the full suit of sails,

I estimate the current market value of this sailing yacht at:
US$ 139,000.00 (one hundred and thirty nine thousand US dollars)
As new craft: US$ 350,000.00 (replacement value,)
